Simply rub WildEats Lemon, Garlic & Sage Rub onto your chicken, pork, pheasant, duck or dove before grilling, quick searing, or sauteing.
Our favorite tip from Chef John McGannon is to use WildEats Lemon, Garlic & Sage as a brine for 12-24 hours, then quick-sear the breasts in a hot cast-iron pan, and transfer the pan to a 400F oven for 4-5 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes, serve and YUM!
The Lemon Garlic & Sage rub works well for home-made sausages.
